Brake parts shall be scrapped in one of the following cases:
(1) Cracks;
(2) The wear and tear of the friction liner of the brake block reaches 50 % of the thickness of the raw material;

(4) Plastic deformation of the spring;
(5) The empty stroke of the lever system exceeds its rated stroke by about 10 %.
